CPU SoC Verification Engineer

Summary

Design and execute comprehensive verification for ARM-based CPU SoCs, from RTL simulation through post-silicon debug and production characterization. Develop verification environments using industry-standard EDA tools, perform gate-level simulation (GLS) and timing-annotated analysis, and lead debug efforts to diagnose complex hardware failures. Translate simulation-based functional sequences into ATE/SLT-ready patterns and partner with ATE teams to ensure pattern stability in production. Requires 4+ years of ARM SoC verification experience including cache coherency, NoC interconnects, high-speed bus protocols, and PVT corner analysis.
