System Engineer

Summary

A System Engineer will install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments and enterprise infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing Active Directory, Group Policy, user accounts, and access controls; performing server patching, backups, and disaster recovery; diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues across TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and VPNs; and using ServiceNow to track incidents following ITIL processes. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience, strong Windows Server and Active Directory expertise, deep networking knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot across Windows, network, hardware, and application layers.
