Summary

Senior ServiceNow HRSD consultant who will lead end-to-end solution delivery across design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment phases. Requires ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification plus HRSD specialist certification, with 2–4 years of ServiceNow HRSD experience and 3+ years of Big 4 consulting background. Will manage multidisciplinary teams of 3–5 resources, advise clients on AI-enabled HRSD capabilities (Now Assist, EmployeeWorks, Employee Slate, AI Control Tower), and shape responsible AI adoption strategies including governance and data readiness. Must lead process workshops, architect HR service delivery transformations, and deliver high-quality artifacts across waterfall and agile methodologies.
