Summary

As a Senior Consultant on Deloitte's GPS Cyber Strategy & Transformation team, you will lead requirements workshops, analyze processes to identify ServiceNow automation opportunities across IT Ops, asset management, risk, and security domains, and support functional design and configuration of ServiceNow solutions including forms, workflows, dashboards, and access controls. You'll document data models, taxonomies, and governance requirements; produce project artifacts such as requirements docs and functional designs; and collaborate with stakeholders on demonstrations, testing, training, and solution adoption for cyber and risk management use cases.
