Summary

Lead the migration of an Oracle APEX portal to ServiceNow while expanding ITSM capabilities for IT, Facilities, help desk, and asset management. Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications and workflows using App Engine, implement security controls including CAC/MFA integration and hierarchy-based RBAC, and collaborate with government stakeholders on requirements and compliance. Provide training, knowledge transfer, and technical documentation to support long-term adoption, and support Agile delivery through sprint planning and progress reporting. Requires 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience, legacy system migration expertise, strong IAM/RBAC knowledge, and experience in regulated environments.
