Senior Manager, Data Platform Engineering - Kubernetes - Distributed Systems

Summary

Lead a team of 6–10 engineers building and operating core cloud-native platform services on Kubernetes and hyperscalers. Own end-to-end delivery, team development, and technical direction while staying hands-on with design reviews and architectural decisions. Establish SLOs, on-call practices, and operational excellence across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-prem environments. Act as a player-coach who combines people leadership with deep technical judgment on distributed systems, containers, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
