Summary

Lead a technical program across 55+ production services while personally designing and building AI-agent-driven automation to streamline operational processes. You'll own program execution (scope, milestones, cross-functional coordination, executive reporting) alongside hands-on delivery of automation solutions including ticketing, reconciliation, telemetry, and workflows. The role requires 7+ years of technical program management in platform/infrastructure environments plus proven ability to personally ship automation (API integrations, dashboards, AI-agent tools). You'll establish AI governance, validation controls, and human-in-the-loop processes to ensure automation is reliable, auditable, and maintainable.
