Summary

Director-level hands-on technical leader responsible for designing, implementing, and operating enterprise infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft 365, hybrid cloud, networking, identity, and endpoints. Will personally architect and troubleshoot complex solutions using PowerShell, Infrastructure as Code, and modern workplace technologies while establishing engineering standards around Zero Trust, security, and reliability. Leads infrastructure engineering teams, oversees service desk and managed service providers, and partners across application, data, AI, security, and business functions to translate requirements into scalable, secure platforms. Manages budgets, licensing, cloud consumption, vendor relationships, and communicates roadmaps and operational metrics to technical and executive audiences.
