Cyber ServiceNow - Senior Consultant

Summary

As a Senior Consultant on Deloitte's Cyber Strategy & Transformation team, you will lead requirements workshops, analyze processes and controls, and design/configure ServiceNow solutions across IT Operations Management, IT Asset Management, Integrated Risk Management, Security Operations, and Third-Party Risk Management. You'll document functional designs, create project artifacts (requirements, test scenarios, training materials), and collaborate with stakeholders on demonstrations, UAT, and solution adoption. The role requires 2+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in a consulting environment, with deep expertise in ServiceNow configuration (forms, workflows, SLAs, dashboards, reports, access controls) and business requirements gathering.
