The role requires 6+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), Security+ certification, strong server administration background, and Linux+ or Microsoft certification.

HII Mission Technologies seeks a mid-level Software Engineer to develop and integrate software for unmanned underwater vehicles, distributed maritime communications, and tactical situational awareness systems. You will design, develop, and test C# applications, build plug-ins for WinTAK, ATAK, and TAK Server, and support MK18 family systems including Hydroid VIP, Neptune, and Coin Nexus. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams on lab and fleet testing, troubleshoot performance in distributed environments, and contribute to integration testing, validation, verification, and program documentation. The role requires a Secret security clearance and offers a hybrid schedule with 1–2 days onsite per week.
