Own end-to-end compliance operations for a healthcare AI company, including managing compliance frameworks (SOC2 Type II, HIPAA, NIST, ISO), driving control remediation to closure, administering Google Workspace and MDM, coordinating external audits, and maintaining audit-readiness. This is a hands-on role requiring direct ownership of compliance platform management, evidence collection, policy updates, and risk tracking—not a ticket-routing position. You'll partner with engineering, product, and leadership to keep the company continuously compliant at high velocity while scaling.

Own end-to-end compliance program operations for a healthcare AI company, managing compliance frameworks (SOC2 Type II, HIPAA, NIST, ISO), continuously monitoring and remediating control failures, and maintaining audit-readiness. Administer Google Workspace and MDM tooling, including user lifecycle management, access controls, and endpoint compliance. Coordinate external audits, manage evidence collection, and drive remediation from detection to closure while partnering with engineering, product, and leadership to scale compliance rigor as the company grows.

Own and evolve the cloud infrastructure, deployment systems, and CI/CD pipelines powering Clinically AI's healthcare platform on GCP. Design and maintain cloud infrastructure using GKE, Terraform, and Helm; build reliable CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions; implement observability, security best practices, and incident response processes. Work closely with Backend, AI, and Product teams to support scalable infrastructure for AI pipelines, real-time processing, and multi-environment deployments. Operate with significant autonomy across cloud-native architecture while optimizing for performance, reliability, cost, and compliance.
