Own day-to-day IT operations and workforce technology at a healthcare AI company, including Google Workspace administration (user lifecycle, SSO, access controls), MDM endpoint management, and full employee technology provisioning/de-provisioning. Drive access reviews, vendor security due diligence, and IT system documentation while partnering with engineering, security, and leadership. This is a hands-on role requiring direct issue ownership and operational rigor—not a ticket-routing function.
