Lead campus IT operations for a growing university, administering Student Information Systems (SIS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS), managing a two-person help desk team, and ensuring cybersecurity compliance. You will personally configure and troubleshoot both SIS and LMS platforms (such as Anthology, Populi, Moodle, or Canvas), oversee the migration to a new system, and drive AI adoption across the institution. This is a hands-on role requiring direct technical work alongside strategic planning and team supervision.
