Technical Product Manager, Migration Platform

Summary

Lead the product direction, roadmap, and prioritization for a ground-up AI-accelerated migration platform designed to help law firms onboard onto CARET Legal. You'll own the product strategy end-to-end, translating complex migration and onboarding challenges into repeatable, scalable platform capabilities. Working closely with the Engineering Tech Lead and cross-functional teams, you'll develop deep knowledge of the CARET Legal data model, legal practice management workflows, and define success metrics around time-to-value, delivery predictability, and customer outcomes. This role requires strong technical fluency, disciplined scoping judgment, and the ability to balance competing priorities across engineering, operations, delivery, and customer-facing stakeholders.
