Summary

As a Staff Engineer on the Safety-Critical Software Team, you will architect and develop Run-Time Assurance (RTA) modules that monitor autonomous flight systems for safety compliance, integrating with low-assurance mission autonomy and high-assurance middleware. You will drive safety-critical C++ software development, mentor engineers on assurance practices, and generate certification artifacts (DO-178C, MIL-HDBK-516 compliance). This role requires 10+ years of experience (or equivalent with advanced degrees), deep expertise in C++ architecture, real-time systems, and hands-on integration with physical autonomous platforms.
