Sr. Solutions Architect, ISV BizApps

Summary

As a Senior Solutions Architect for AWS's ISV BizApps team, you will advise mid-to-large software vendors on modernizing their platforms and consolidating AI infrastructure onto AWS. You'll own a portfolio of 5–7 ISV accounts, driving technical strategy around Amazon Bedrock adoption, GenAI integration (LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows), SaaS architecture patterns (multi-tenancy, serverless, microservices), and AWS Marketplace growth. You'll design production architectures, help ISVs migrate from direct model provider APIs to Bedrock, and translate customer pain points into product feedback for AWS service teams. The role requires deep familiarity with generative AI patterns, SaaS architecture, AWS services, and the ability to connect technical decisions to ISV business outcomes.
