SPW Business Systems Analyst

Summary

Serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to translate business objectives into system and process solutions. Elicits, analyzes, and validates business requirements; develops documentation including use cases, process models, and data diagrams; and supports testing and solution optimization. Requires 2–4 years of business or systems analysis experience, preferably in construction or ERP/CRM implementations, with strong process documentation skills.
