Summary

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud, managing the full lifecycle from requirements gathering and functional design through testing, training, and go-live support. You'll conduct requirements management, process design, scenario mapping, and prototyping while collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role requires 6+ years of consulting experience, 2+ full lifecycle Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds, and hands-on expertise in Lightning (Aura and LWC).
