Salesforce Data Governance Analyst

Summary

As a Data Governance Analyst, you will manage Salesforce platform administration across user/license management, configuration, data governance, and change management. You'll perform data cleansing, audits, and normalization while gathering requirements and translating them into scalable solutions. The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience (Sales/Service Cloud), strong Flow automation knowledge, and 1–2 years administering Salesforce CPQ (Revenue Cloud). You'll collaborate across departments, train users, maintain technical documentation, and integrate with applications like NetSuite, DocuSign, and Boomi.
