Summary

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will partner with business and clinical/operations stakeholders to translate patient and provider support needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will elicit and document business requirements, manage requirements through delivery, and drive functional design across patient support workflows. The role requires 2+ years of consulting experience and 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations, with expertise in at least one Salesforce cloud (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Health Cloud).
