Summary

As a Salesforce Consultant on the Sales & Service team, you will translate patient and provider support needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, partnering with business and clinical stakeholders. You will elicit and document business requirements, manage requirements through delivery, and drive functional design across patient support workflows. The role requires 2+ years of consulting or industry experience, 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations, and expertise in at least one Salesforce cloud (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Health Cloud). You will support global customer transformation initiatives blending strategy, technology, and creativity to solve complex challenges.
