Project Engineering Manager

Summary

Lead cross-functional engineering teams through product development and systems engineering processes, managing cost, schedule, and performance commitments. Organize engineering work, maintain integrated master schedules, and provide day-to-day task prioritization while resolving technical and management issues. Develop engineering plans, estimates, and bases for proposals; represent engineering to senior leadership and project management organizations. Requires 11+ years of progressive engineering experience with at least 5 years in management, broad technical expertise, and mastery of systems engineering processes, risk management, earned value management, and DOD lifecycle practices.
