Lead Tier 4/5 engineering and operational support for enterprise F5 load balancing and DNS infrastructure, ensuring stability and performance across development, test, and production environments. Design and implement F5 BIG-IP (LTM, DNS/GTM), SSL offloading, high-availability architectures, and Infoblox DNS/DHCP/IPAM platforms. Develop automation solutions using Ansible, Python, and REST APIs; lead platform refreshes, migrations, and infrastructure modernization. Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation, incident response, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating across application, security, cloud, and operations teams.
