Navy Curriculum Developer

Summary

This Instructional Coordinator role supports the Navy's NATO Sea Sparrow Missile System program by developing and maintaining manpower, personnel, and training (MP&T) documentation and curriculum materials. The candidate will conduct training front-end analysis, develop lesson plans and testing materials using Navy-standard authoring tools (AIM, PADDIE-M), review engineering changes for training impact, and collaborate with fleet and training stakeholders. The role requires prior NSSMS experience, Navy training systems knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
