Mid Systems Analyst

Summary

The Mid Systems Analyst will provide analytical and programmatic support to Naval Information Warfare Systems Command training programs, conducting systems analysis, developing training requirements, and coordinating Live, Virtual, and Constructive Training (LVC-T) events. The role involves analyzing technical and programmatic data, supporting training planning and scheduling, and liaising between NAVWAR, Fleet, and training stakeholders. Key responsibilities include systems management, integration, and recommending solutions to complex technical and application problems. The position requires 3+ years of DoD/Navy program experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, SharePoint), and familiarity with Navy training frameworks such as LVC-T and Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP).
