Jira Specialist

Summary

This role is a Jira and Atlassian suite administrator and Agile Product Support SME for the Joint Fires Network (JFN) Program. You will configure and maintain Jira workflows, automations, Confluence, and Advanced Roadmaps across secure DoD networks while serving as a strategic bridge between operational leaders and development teams. You will drive Agile process implementation, requirements traceability, and release management while translating mission requirements into structured technical specifications. The role requires 5+ years in Agile environments (as Product Owner, Agile Coach, Business Analyst, or Scrum Master), 2+ years hands-on Jira/Confluence administration, active TS/SCI clearance, and demonstrated expertise in Agile Release Management and secure software development practices.
