Summary

This role oversees the software development lifecycle and modernization of the Blue UAS Cleared List platform for DCMA, managing ServiceNow SPM/ITSM implementation and sustainment teams. You will monitor sprint velocity and burn-down charts, maintain the program IMS and RIDAC log in ServiceNow, design real-time dashboards, and provide executive-level status briefings to Government leadership. You must bridge Government IT Program Managers with development and sustainment teams, review technical submissions, and coordinate cross-vendor dependencies. Required: Bachelor's in CS/IT/Systems Engineering, 5+ years IT project management (2+ years ServiceNow implementations in DoD/Federal programs), active CSM/PMI-ACP/PMP certification, and broad knowledge of DoD secure cloud infrastructure (AWS GovCloud or Azure Government) at IL-4+, DevSecOps, and API-driven architectures.
