Summary

Senior IT Engineer responsible for enterprise Slack administration, SaaS platform governance, and integration automation across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments. Build and operate Slack apps, bots, and workflows using the Slack API and Bolt framework; design CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code for SaaS configuration management.
