Inventory Data Analyst, Amazon FBA Reconciliation (SQL)

Summary

Own end-to-end reconciliation of inventory moving through Amazon FBA, analyzing ledger data across receipts, returns, removals, and adjustments to identify discrepancies and drive reimbursement claims. Use SQL to join shipment and ledger tables, manage exception queues for shortages and damages, and build executive dashboards showing dollars at risk and recovery opportunities. Partner with Warehouse, Operations, Engineering, and Accounting teams to pinpoint root causes, implement stronger controls, and turn variance analysis into filed claims and recovered dollars. This is a hands-on ownership role requiring 3+ years of FBA reconciliation experience, forensic attention to detail, and strong SQL and Excel skills.
