Summary

Lead enterprise IT strategy, architecture, portfolio management, and organizational change across a major transformation program. Direct a multidisciplinary leadership team (Enterprise Architecture, Lean Portfolio Management, Agile Delivery, Organizational Change Management) and own the STO's operating model, governance, budget, and staffing. Drive repeatable change methodologies, adoption metrics, and stakeholder readiness across concurrent initiatives, while personally modeling governance standards and serving as escalation point for complex cross-functional strategy and delivery problems.
