Engineering Manager, Simulation

Summary

Lead a simulation team building a reusable UAS simulation platform for aircraft development, testing, training, and demonstration. Own the design and deployment of simulation infrastructure, tools, and vehicle models; enable software development workflows and automated SIL/HIL testing; and integrate flight software, autonomy, sensors, actuators, and communications into unified simulation environments. Requires 8+ years of software/simulation/robotics experience, 3+ years leading engineering teams, hands-on experience with simulation frameworks (Gazebo, JSBSim, AirSim, FlightGear), strong C++ and Python skills, and demonstrated expertise integrating complex hardware/software systems.
