Summary

Director-level product management role owning ServiceNow's cloud platform strategy and enabling the next phase of company growth. You will drive cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, security, compliance, and go-to-market teams; influence product direction by evaluating customer requirements, regulatory trends, and hyperscaler capabilities; and lead strategic initiatives with full ownership accountability regardless of organizational boundaries. Requires 15+ years of product management experience in cloud platforms, enterprise SaaS, or infrastructure services, with deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP architectures and enterprise cloud operations at global scale.
