Data Scientist

Summary

The Data Scientist will support early-stage pharmaceutical programs by compiling, harmonizing, and ingesting omics datasets (RNA-Seq, DNA-Seq, scRNA-Seq, copy number) from multiple internal and external sources. The role requires developing automated scripts for dataset harmonization, loading formatted data into a proprietary interface, and performing quality control assessments. The candidate must have strong coding skills in R and/or Python, bioinformatics experience, and a background working with NGS data.
