Backend Engineer

Summary

Design, implement, and scale core backend services and APIs using Python, Go, Node.js, or Java to support high-throughput applications. Architect and optimize relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Redis) databases, deploy containerized services on AWS/GCP using Docker and Kubernetes, and build CI/CD pipelines with comprehensive automated testing. Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver reliable, low-latency features. Requires 3–6 years of distributed systems experience and proficiency in at least one backend language.
