Summary

Associate Director responsible for translating Commercial and Global Medical Affairs customer engagement and data strategies into secure, scalable platform capabilities. Leads product management, solution architecture, and delivery for enterprise systems including Veeva and Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, and customer data platforms, working through a shared operating model with Commercial Systems & Analytics. Manages end-to-end lifecycle from discovery through deployment and continuous improvement, embedding compliance, privacy, and security into solutions. Partners cross-functionally with business process owners, Enterprise Data & Intelligence, and AI Strategy & Engineering to align roadmaps, establish decision rights, and drive adoption and business value.
