Lead the design, architecture, and development of native Windows desktop applications using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML, and C++. Define best practices for Windows development, drive accessibility efforts across Microsoft UI Automation frameworks, and take full ownership of feature lifecycles from conception through maintenance. Collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, and QA to shape the Windows platform roadmap. Diagnose and resolve complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and compatibility issues while mentoring other engineers and conducting code reviews.

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend APIs and services for Speechify's text-to-speech platform, including public TTS APIs, payment, subscription, auth, and consumption tracking systems. Oversee the full backend API landscape, optimize for performance and maintainability, and collaborate on B2B solutions for enterprise clients. Requires proven TypeScript/Node.js backend development experience, direct GCP expertise, and knowledge of AWS or Azure. Preferred experience with Docker and Kubernetes for high-availability deployments.
