The AVP, AI Product Manager will lead end-to-end product development for advisor-facing AI solutions, including chat and agentic AI experiences. Responsibilities span defining product vision and roadmap, conducting pilot validation with measurable success criteria, evaluating and orchestrating third-party AI vendors, and ensuring scaled adoption across the enterprise. The role requires close collaboration with Technology, Business, and Operations teams to co-design product definitions, data contracts, and governance frameworks. Success is measured through business impact metrics including time savings, quality improvements, revenue impact, and advisor adoption.

The Sr. Product Analyst will design, implement, and optimize WalkMe solutions to enhance user engagement and adoption of LPL Financial's proprietary platforms. Responsibilities include developing in-app guidance and automation features, analyzing user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities, conducting testing and QA, and collaborating with product, design, and service teams. The role requires 4+ years of WalkMe implementation experience, proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (jQuery, Angular), knowledge of RESTful APIs, and strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in a deadline-driven environment.
