This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining database solutions for a U.S. Navy environment, with primary focus on Oracle 12c and PL/SQL. The candidate will work across the full software development lifecycle, managing database objects (tables, indexes, views, procedures, packages, triggers), supporting integration with web applications via JSON, and applying secure development practices. Strong SQL and PL/SQL expertise is required, along with troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.

Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications supporting mission-critical U.S. Navy information systems. Build responsive user interfaces using Angular, Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS; develop backend functionality with Java and SQL; participate across the full software development lifecycle from planning through deployment. Support DevSecOps and CI/CD practices, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with technical teams and end users to deliver secure, reliable solutions.
