The role owns technical execution roadmaps for internal Catalyst priorities, develops project plans and execution strategies for customer engagements, and creates prioritization frameworks for R&D efforts.… Responsibilities include assessing proposals and SOWs, developing pricing recommendations, supporting business development and capture initiatives, and communicating strategic initiatives to executives and government stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of technical program management experience, a degree in Engineering or Computer Science, and proven expertise leading complex cross-functional programs involving software, systems, and external stakeholders.
