As L3 production support lead for ClaimBeacon, a Guidewire-integrated agentic AI platform, you'll own end-to-end troubleshooting and resolution of production bugs, data pipeline failures, AI agent issues, and small enhancements across the full stack (Java, Python, Flutter).
