The Agile and Jira Scheduler will create and maintain a comprehensive program schedule that bridges Agile development activity with executive reporting and program governance. The role requires regularly extracting data from JIRA tickets, updating Microsoft Project schedules to mirror real-time CI/CD and DevSecOps workflows, performing critical path and schedule risk analysis, and coordinating resource planning across geographically dispersed engineering, operations, and logistics teams.… The scheduler will also support multi-service experimentation planning, identify cost and schedule risks, and develop earned value metrics aligned with government best practices (GAO-16-89G).
