As a Systems Engineer, you will troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues in advanced 3D printing (ECAM) systems, identify root causes, and develop solutions to improve printer fleet performance. You'll analyze manufacturing and quality data to drive continuous improvement, apply structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone), and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). You'll partner across mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams to ensure system integration, develop technical documentation and SOPs, and execute functional test plans. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting of electromechanical systems, knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, and CAD expertise.

The Robot Systems Programmer will develop and optimize FANUC and ABB robot programs for custom-engineered turnkey automation systems. The role requires a minimum of two years' experience programming industrial robots, with solid understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic circuits, plus ability to read schematics and drawings. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, field support and installation, program optimization for production efficiency, and interfacing with machine controls. The position includes up to 20% travel for service, installation, startup, and debug work.

Test Engineer II will design, set up, and execute fluidic and electrochemistry experiments in a hands-on laboratory setting, owning test plans from definition through data analysis. Responsibilities include programming and configuring automated test instrumentation, assembling and characterizing prototype consumables and fluidic sub-assemblies, and performing root cause investigations and design-of-experiments (DOE) to resolve hardware and process issues. The role requires 2–4 years of hands-on R&D laboratory experience with fluidic-based systems, experimental design, and troubleshooting. Programming experience (MATLAB, LabVIEW, C++, Python) and familiarity with metrology, microfluidics, or molecular diagnostics platforms are preferred.
