Summary

Test Engineer II will design, set up, and execute fluidic and electrochemistry experiments in a hands-on laboratory setting, owning test plans from definition through data analysis. Responsibilities include programming and configuring automated test instrumentation, assembling and characterizing prototype consumables and fluidic sub-assemblies, and performing root cause investigations and design-of-experiments (DOE) to resolve hardware and process issues. The role requires 2–4 years of hands-on R&D laboratory experience with fluidic-based systems, experimental design, and troubleshooting. Programming experience (MATLAB, LabVIEW, C++, Python) and familiarity with metrology, microfluidics, or molecular diagnostics platforms are preferred.
