Test Engineer II will design, set up, and execute fluidic and electrochemistry experiments in a hands-on laboratory setting, owning test plans from definition through data analysis. Responsibilities include programming and configuring automated test instrumentation, assembling and characterizing prototype consumables and fluidic sub-assemblies, and performing root cause investigations and design-of-experiments (DOE) to resolve hardware and process issues. The role requires 2–4 years of hands-on R&D laboratory experience with fluidic-based systems, experimental design, and troubleshooting. Programming experience (MATLAB, LabVIEW, C++, Python) and familiarity with metrology, microfluidics, or molecular diagnostics platforms are preferred.

Form Energy seeks a Manufacturing Test Developer to design, develop, and deploy automated electronic manufacturing test systems for PCBA and system-level products. The role involves leading Functional Circuit Test (FCT) and End-of-Line (EOL) test development, defining test strategies and acceptance criteria, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing external vendors for test fixture development. Required skills include 5+ years of manufacturing test engineering experience, strong hands-on proficiency with NI LabVIEW and NI TestStand, deep knowledge of embedded communication protocols (CAN, CAN-FD, SPI, I2C, Modbus, Ethernet/IP), and expertise with automated test instrumentation (DAQs, power supplies, DMMs, oscilloscopes). Additional experience with Python, SQL, statistical analysis, and manufacturing inspection technologies (AOI, AXI, ICT) is valued.
