Enterprise Select Implementation Consultant responsible for deploying and adopting Samsara's IoT solutions with large enterprise customers across fleet and industrial asset operations. You will own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through adoption, serving as the trusted point of contact for strategic accounts spanning transportation, utilities, food and beverage, and manufacturing. The role requires exceptional customer-facing communication, ability to quickly understand customer business needs, and comfort explaining technology to both executives and end users. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams, with up to 10% travel to customer sites.

An Applications Engineer will own technical support for manufacturing clients while gradually growing into active development of VersaCall's andon and production monitoring platform. The role requires troubleshooting software and hardware issues, configuring and deploying systems, working with internal scripts and APIs, and reading/contributing to a complex codebase across multiple services. The successful candidate will combine client-facing communication with hands-on debugging and eventual feature development, growing into an in-house platform expert. Required experience includes 2–4 years in technical support, software development, or systems engineering, with a modern web stack (React, C# .NET, JavaScript, SQL, Docker, Git).

As an Associate Software Engineer on the Digital Product Development team, you will participate in full-stack, full-cycle product development for cloud-native applications and IoT device lifecycle management platforms. You'll design, develop, and deploy web applications and services using languages like Java, React, and JavaScript, with emphasis on PaaS/IaaS, serverless services, and container technology. Responsibilities include code reviews, CI/CD pipeline development, automated testing, and building reliable, scalable cloud-native applications following security best practices. The role requires solid technical acumen, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

As Vence Collar Tech Lead, you will provide technical leadership for an animal wearable device (collar) from concept through mass production. You'll lead technical design, system architecture, and cross-functional execution across electronics, embedded software, RF communications, and validation. You'll own collar-specific performance metrics (battery life, field failure rates, manufacturability, cost) and collaborate with product, R&D, NPI, operations, and manufacturing partners to deliver a technically robust, scalable solution for real-world farm environments.

Design, develop, and validate embedded software and device drivers for cutting-edge Qualcomm products including smartphones, IoT devices, and mobile platforms. Collaborate with hardware, systems, and test engineers to implement software modules, perform debugging and code reviews, and ensure quality through regression testing. Work independently on complex embedded systems projects involving power management, ARM architecture integration, and performance optimization while documenting technical solutions.

Design and develop software applications that orchestrate complex automated laboratory workflows and closed-loop learning systems for biotherapeutics discovery. Build data pipelines, visualization tools, and machine learning models for visual inspection, predictive maintenance, and process optimization. Create digital lab infrastructure including IoT integrations, digital lab twins, and telemetry monitoring. Requires a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Bioengineering with 3+ years of industry experience, or equivalent education with more experience; strong proficiency in Python, SQL, JavaScript, and DevOps practices; and familiarity with lab data platforms and autonomous systems.

This role develops and integrates device platforms with cloud management systems for wireless edge and IoT devices across Tier-1 carrier networks. The engineer will build middleware, APIs, and services; implement device management protocols (TR-069, TR-369/USP, SNMP); perform provisioning, telemetry ingestion, and firmware-over-the-air updates; and conduct end-to-end integration testing in lab environments simulating real-world conditions. The position requires proficiency in C/C++, Go, or Python on embedded and Linux systems, strong protocol debugging skills (Wireshark, GDB), and hands-on experience with cellular networking standards, REST/gRPC APIs, and remote device management.
