The role involves prototyping algorithms in Matlab or Python, implementing efficient C software, conducting performance testing and analysis, and documenting results for customers. The ideal candidate has a BS/MS/PhD in physics, engineering, or mathematics with 4–8 years of experience, fluency in high-level languages, strong signal processing knowledge, and understanding of probability, statistics, linear algebra, and physics. The position requires an active Top Secret security clearance and full-time on-site work in San Diego, CA.
