Support and maintain an Engineering Workspace environment spanning Windows VDI, Citrix, Linux HPC platforms, and simulation applications for a technical user community. Design and maintain automated functional application testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, with 5+ years of enterprise Windows/virtual desktop support required. Deploy engineering and simulation applications, drive automation initiatives, and participate in Agile/DevOps practices to improve system reliability and end-user productivity. Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and infrastructure partners to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
