The Implementation Manager leads customer implementations of the Moveworks Agentic AI platform, overseeing on-time, on-budget delivery and ensuring projects follow leading practice methodology. Responsibilities include managing engagement governance, timeline, scope, risk, and resourcing; helping customers build and launch agentic workflows; and providing change management guidance for adoption and organizational readiness.
