UX Accessibility Lead- Acton, MA or San Diego, CA (Hybrid)

Summary

Lead UX design initiatives for Insulet's mobile and web applications (Android, iOS, and complex web platforms) in an agile environment. Responsible for defining safe, effective, and delightful user experiences using industry-standard design tools; collaborating with clinical, human factors, and technical teams to ensure FDA compliance for medical devices while maintaining high design standards. Will mentor junior UX staff, drive design language and standards development, and communicate design vision across all organizational levels. Requires 7+ years of UX/product design experience with expertise in design tools, usability standards, responsive design, and agile methodologies.
