User Experience Designer

Summary

AppFolio seeks a UX Designer for FolioGuard, an integrated insurance platform serving property managers and residents in a B2B2C ecosystem. You will partner with Product and Engineering to conduct user research, design workflows, run growth experiments including A/B and multivariate tests, and iterate on solutions grounded in customer needs. The role requires strong product sense, proficiency with AI-powered design tools, growth design expertise (funnel analysis, experiment design), and the ability to communicate design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-moving, data-driven environment. You'll apply and evolve the design system while adapting to shifting priorities in an Agile, iterative environment.
